  Good experience overall. Dr. Waltz is great! She is really good with Rory (my yellow lab). They seemed to have some computer problems the first 4 months I came here. I had to keep bringing in my previous records during that time as they were never scanned in. It was becoming an issue as I'd always have to be spot on with why I was there/why he didn't need an extra shot etc, but they finally resolved it and gave him a free bath for all the computer issues during his boarding. Since Jan its been smooth. If there is no more hiccups I'll probably come back later and change this to a 5.

  We LOVE this facility. The staff is friendly and understanding and VERY professional. Our pets are treated with kindness and understanding, all of the vets are knowledgeable and personable. One of our dogs had breast cancer and they worked very hard with us to ensure her treatment was affordable yet effective. We had to say goodbye to an older dog this winter and everyone did the very best job they possibly could to make this process less painful and gentle for all. You AND your pet will benefit from their expert care.
