  I Injured my lower back while at work for the fire department to the point where I couldn't get out of bed. I have struggled with tight muscles and lower back pain for years. Went to see Josh at the Lee's Summit clinic and he has gotten my pain to go from a 10/10 to no pain at all. I highly recommend going to see josh. He takes time to explain everything to you and his treatment plans are specific to your needs. I feel 100% better then my first treatment and will continue to go see Josh for preventive maintenance for the future.

  I am thrilled with my progress since seeing Dr. Holman a month or so ago. I had significant pain in both shoulders with limited range of motion as well as pain in my right arm (elbow area) from doing an obstacle course and then subsequent work-outs. Through the treatments he did in-office, including dry needling, and the rehab exercises he had me doing at home, I now have complete range of motion and only minor discomfort doing certain exercises. I highly recommend Dr. Holman at FIT MSC. Both Dr. Holman and Josh are extremely personable and professional. Josh also does his best to accommodate busy schedules...

  Before going to FIT I was having shoulder and hip pain for a few years. I finally made the decision to get checked out and it was life changing. Aaron fully addressed my issues and was very knowledgeable on the methods he uses. Now I have full range of motion in my shoulder and no pain in my hip. Thanks so much Aaron!
