  My adult son has some sort of food allergies that are very hard to find. Gastroenterology has not found anything. We came to see if this was an immune issue. Dr. Aggaraw was wonderful!! He looked at everything and told us that we needed to take him to KU. My son needs lots of tests and help so that he can live a more normal life. He REFUNDED our copay!!! He said I cannot help you, but KU should be the best bet. I cannot charge you for this consultation. WOW... In my 50+ years, I've never seen this done! I would recommend him!

  I give 0 stars. I should have know from the beginning. The doctor is rude and condescending but I brushed my personal feelings aside and continued on with them. They were very concerned with our high deductible insurance and had a lot of questions. We are a healthy family that has very few medical bills it made no sense to pay high weekly premiums when we have an HSA. It costs us less money to pay the high deductible, then the high monthly premiums.Our next experience they gave me misinformation regarding the serum release from our previous Doctor( we moved out of state) when I finally figured out what we needed to do and got the release sent to them they misplaced it. Now I've shown up 2 weeks in a row to get my son his shot and they aren't doing shots that day because the doctors are not in the office. They do shots Mon., Tues., and Wed. You have a window of 3 hours that they do shots so it's already inconvenient, then when you show up during one of those times no doctors. WTH! There was note on the back of the door. Stupid!
