- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I love this practice and would highly recommend this place. Leaving my old doctor's practice was difficult because I loved him, but after numerous incidents with long wait times for a visit (30 min was the norm), robo phone answering machines (I was put on hold for 30 minutes once!) and other miscommunications, I listened to a friend of mine and switched. At Family Care at Arbor Walk, making appointments is so easy and personable--they actually have real humans answering their phones! Once you get in, the wait time is usually 5 minutes, and the treatment by staff, nurses and doctors is exceptional. The best part is that I never feel like Dr. Duke has his mind on the next patient (even when the office is busy). He listens to you and lets you be a part of the process. Furthermore, if you need a prescription filled, they submit it for you. The only downside is that I am not that wild about the hospital (LS Medical) because I would prefer St. Luke's. That being said, I am looking forward to staying a patient of Dr. Duke's for a long, long time!December 13, 2016by Beth Groom
